Our next club meeting is scheduled for 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 5th at Joe Kool's Bar & Grill in Troy.  We hope to see you there!

We meet the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30 pm (though most people arrive around 6:30 pm to eat and talk with other club members before the meeting officially starts at 7:30 pm).

In an effort to make the club meetings accessible to more club members in the greater Detroit area, we are implementing a meeting location change effective May 2008.  On odd months (January, March, May, July, September and November) we will meet on the east side at Joe Kool's Bar & Grill, 1835 East Big Beaver Road, Troy, Michigan, 48083-2007, and on even months (February, April, June, August and October) we will meet on the west side at G Subu's Leather Bottle, 20300 Farmington Road, Livonia, Michigan, 48152-1416.

Joe Kool's Bar & Grill has 2 large meeting rooms that hold 30 people or 50 people.  The parking lot is large enough to safely park our cars, which can be easily seen and accessed (via an outdoor patio) from the 30 person room.  Joe Kool's Bar & Grill is located on the north side of East Big Beaver Road, just west of John R Road.  Here's a map:

G Subu's Leather Bottle has a large, quiet meeting room with a wall of panoramic windows that overlook the north side of the parking lot where we can see our Galaxies while we meet.  G Subu's Leather Bottle is located on the east side of Farmington Road, just south of 8 Mile Road.  Here's a map:
