Galaxie Gathering Number 17 was held on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at 1:30 pm at Baker's Restaurant at 2025 South Milford Road in Milford, Michigan.  Baker's hosts a 200+-car cruise-in every Sunday afternoon from the beginning of May until the end of September, and is located on the east side of Milford Road, 2.7 miles (3 traffic lights) north of I-96.  Here's a map:

We had 13 club members, 9 spouses and 16 vehicles in attendance, a reduced count from last year likely due to a weather forecast that included a 50% chance of scattered thunderstorms, some of which were announced to be potentially severe.  As it turns out, we had ZERO rain, though we did suffer through about 15 minutes of gusty winds.  All in all, it was a nice day!  Thank you to those club members who persevered and attended.  Put your mouse pointer over the thumbnails below of the cars in attendance at Galaxie Gathering Number 17 to see the owner's name and the type of car, and then left click on the thumbnails below to see larger pictures:
