Galaxie Gathering Number 25 was held at the 35th Annual Shelby American Automobile Club Motor City Region Show & Go on Sunday, May 30, 2010. The show took place in the parking lot east of the Ford Motor Company World Headquarters at Michigan Avenue and the Southfield Freeway in Dearborn. Car show registration ran from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, and the show lasted until around 4 pm. The SAAC-MCR parked all of the Motor City Galaxie Club members together.
The weather was absolutely spectacular for the show: sunny and hot! The first Galaxie Gathering of 2010 was a great success, thanks to the 15 club members and 5 spouses who attended the show with 13 Galaxies, 4 other Fords, and 1 427 SOHC-powered boat:
